Relationship Codes
The list of relationship codes is below. This list has both older and newer codes. We do not understand why these codes had to be changed to begin with but they were. For example, the old code for "Self" was 01 and the new one is "18", the same as "sponsored dependent". PracticeMaker will key off the Description and then use the correct code depending if an old or new format claim is being created.
